How much can I borrow with a buy to let mortgage?
You can borrow from £5,000 to £1,500,000

How much will it cost?

How long will it take to get my money?
When you apply for a buy to let mortgage from us you can expect to receive the cheque in as little as three weeks.

Can I repay my buy to let mortgage early?
Yes you can repay your buy to let mortgage early. You may be required to pay an early repayment charge. Please refer to your loan agreement or mortgage illustration for details.
Can I cancel a buy to let mortgage application?
You can cancel your buy to let mortgage application at any time up to completion, however if you have paid a valuation fee this will not be refundable.
Are there any up-front fees?
The only fee's that will be payable upfront is a valuation fee and in certain circumstances a booking fee. These fees will only be payable once we have found the most suitable product for you, and you decide to proceed. Until then the service is completely free.
How long does it take to get a decision?
If you apply now, we could call you back in minutes. We will give you a decision, in principle, straight away and could send out your buy to let mortgage documentation today. You'll be under no obligation, and no salesman will call at your home. The final approval of your buy to let mortgage rests with your lender. We are confident that as long as the information you provide is accurate, the buy to let mortgage will be completed on the original terms discussed. However, until the buy to let mortgage is finally approved you should not enter into any agreements on the assumption that the buy to let mortgage will be completed.
How confidential is my buy to let mortgage application?
